SALES TAX

8.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Illinois.

SHIPPING

Personalized stationery items are shipped within 7 days of placing your order.

Electronic proofs will be sent for all Holiday Cards and Invitation orders. These items will be shipped within a week of customer approval.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Free Local Pick-up: Customers may choose to pick-up their orders in Wilmette,IL. Very V. will email address once order is complete.

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

ORDER ERROR

Very V. prides itself on attention to detail. However, mistakes can happen. If an error has been made by us, we will reprint the order at no charge. If an error was made by you, please contact us about reprinting the corrected order at a discounted price. Please report any error within 5 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

Personalized items are not returnable.

You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
